Chicken feet are a great natural source of glucosamine for your pets. Dehydrated fresh in-house, and claws trimmed. To be fed as a treat and not a complete source of nutrition. Whitening of feces is normal when pets consume bone. Always provide supervision and plenty of fresh water.
By dehydrating the bone, it doesn’t calcify as it does when a chicken bone is baked or cooked like when you or I have chicken. Calcification of a bone causes it to splinter and crack, which is where the danger lies in bones from the kitchen table for your dog &/or cat. When it’s dehydrated, the bone crumbles, leaving a safe and natural treat that is loaded with calcium for your pet.
