SHIPPING PACKAGES will hold up to 20 pounds (2 batches) of food per box, and are required to ship cold food. Each shipping package includes the cost of all required cold shipping materials to get your food to you safely. Please purchase the appropriate number of boxes for your final food weight. Example: If you purchased 4 batches of food (40 pounds), you will need to purchase 2 shipping boxes.

Food orders will be packaged in the smaller 2.5 pound packages, and comes included with your shipping package.

All food is shipped via UPS or FedEx - no PO Box shipments allowed.

UTAH RESIDENTS: PRIORITY MAIL OK

OUT OF STATE RESIDENTS: PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS ONLY

 If you are shipping within the state of Utah, you are ok to choose Priority Mail for your shipping, however, if you are shipping to another state, you must choose Priority Mail Express which will help ensure the closest and most accurate shipping rate.

We have done our best to put together shipping options that will cover the cost for all regions, however, since our site is set up for USPS shipping, and cold food needs to ship via UPS or FedEx, there are occasions when shipping ends up costing more - in which case, we will contact you to let you know so you can determine if you want to pay the extra shipping, or if you would rather arrange to pick up or cancel your order.
